All shipping is FREE Worldwide by Royal Mail. Prices alter and change and the company reserve the right to alter ant any time. Notifications of changes will be shown here.

Expected delivery times :

Orders within the UK are usually received within 7-14 business days of print completion & processing. European and Rest of the World orders may take significantly longer. Please note that these times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery in case of delay before enquiring about your order.

Returns :

Our company is committed to supplying a first class service.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 Days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

A Photo Return option is available. If orders should arrive in less than satisfactory condition. Take a digital photo of the item and one of the shipping container it arrived in, attach them to an email and send to the email address at the top of this page. Include in the body of the email: your order number, the shipping id or item number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund. Requests are processed within 48 hours and you will receive an email letting you know your replacement is under production.

Free Replacement or Refund needs to be specified and the reason for the return,
Pack and include the completed Return Instructions form which you will find on the back of the Packing List included with your order.A postal tracking method is advised.

Limitations for Shipping :

Custom agencies have imposed a size limitation on all foreign parcels. The maximum size limit for rectangular-shaped parcels is 107 centimetres in length and 201 centimetres in height (Maximum length and girth combined: 274 centimetres). This applies to all countries except the following:

How will I know when my order ships ?

An e-mail will be sent you as a Shipping Confirmation. If tracking service is available, we include the Tracking or Airway Bill number in your Shipping Confirmation e-mail (if you do not receive a tracking or Airway Bill, then tracking service is not available for your package).Note that orders are shipped/delivered only Monday –Friday. Delivery estimates do not include weekends.

What if there's a problem with my order? How do I return it?

Simply return in the original packaging and you will receive a full refund of the cost of the goods. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Do you ship to my country? :

We ship almost everywhere in the world! When you are placing an order, on the "Shipping Information" page where you enter your name and address, you can select your country from the drop-down list. If your country is not listed, then we are unable to ship to that location.
